Hi, there!

I'm Tiffany Thomas, and here’s my story.

Before opening Seasoned Soul Wellness®, I was a restaurant chef for over 12 years at Seattle’s finest dining establishments, including Altura, Mistral Kitchen, Cascina Spinasse, and Lark. Chasing the sun, my husband Philip and I swapped the downtown city life for the beaches of Maui in 2016. After 3 years of island life, we transferred to Long Beach, CA for a busier vibe and to expand my business across LA county. Living by the ocean has always been my constant. On my off days I love cooking dinner parties for friends, a fiery Vinyasa yoga practice, mountain hikes, walks at sunsets, and shopping farmer’s markets for inspiration.

My love for food was born through my endless curiosity. I remember as a child pushing up a chair to the counter and rolling pasta with my Sicilian Grandpa, Frank. By age 12, I was cooking family dinners every night and learning new skills and flavor combinations from the Food Network. Now, I live for food, travel, and adventures with friends and family.

My extensive experiences in culinary school, the restaurant industry, international travel, and ongoing gastronomical research enable me to find innovative ways to introduce families to the world of delicious and healthy food, accommodating any dietary preference and lifestyle.

Although the sky’s the limit, I specialize in worldly cuisines that are naturally gluten-free, dairy-free, and anti-inflammatory. I love to create custom menus that reflect the client’s unique preferences and dietary needs. In a world quickly turning automated and impersonal, I am proud to offer clients personalized services that allow them to preserve their irreplaceable time with family and friends.

I believe that “health is wealth.” There is no better investment than honoring your body with delicious food that loves you back!

After obtaining my Yoga Teaching Certification in 2012 and my Holistic Nutrition Certification in 2013, I chose to extend this hospitality beyond the restaurant line by bringing the 5-star experience to clients’ homes. I was a ground-breaking private chef in Seattle to transition from fine-dining restaurants to in-home meal preparation. In search of a deeper knowledge of nutrition, I obtained a second certification from the Institute of Transformational Nutrition (CTNC).

In 2016, I expanded my Private Chef business from the Los Angeles area to include a collective of chefs around the globe, qualified to meet the individual needs of clients in their area.
